Estimated Shipping Date
Placed orders will be handled within 72 hours for in-stock products and different timing for each group buy, which will be notified in advance.
The estimated shipping date will depend on your location and might be up to 20-30 days for USA and Canada; and 40 – 50 days for the others, via national post office.
The items included in a package vary based on our material partners (Boxes, ID cards, name cards, etc…).
Order Status & Tracking
The status of your order(s) can be found via your email. You will also receive a tracking code to keep updating about your orders when they are shipped out.

REFUND POLICY
Process for parcel damaged/lost in transit
We will process a refund or replacement as soon as the courier has completed their investigation.
Refund
Only damaged/ lost in transit products will be refunded after the investigation. Other cases will not be accepted for refund and return. Buyers are may be charged for occurring fees if any.
For any refund request, it can only be within the first 24 hours since the time of order placement. Any request afterwards will not be able to refund.

Shipping
All orders are shipped by USPS or Vietnam Post. Please refer to the product sale page for the estimated shipping date.
Shipping and handling fees are included in each invoice and are paid by the buyer.
Military address, restricted area, naval port, and/ or Jurong island will be refused shipping.
Taxes, Duties & Tariffs
All international buyers will need to pay import taxes, duties, and tariffs (if any) according to your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs. Iconlabs shall not be held responsible for any delays caused by customs payments.
